I am so glad you are joining us for Powerhouse Conversations! It's great to have you here.

I started Powerhouse Conversations because I know business owners need great information BUT when you live in a huge city, it is hard to get across town for networking events so I decided to find a way to bring all the great information I would have at our Powerhouse Social Mastermind to you online!

I am Roshawnda LyonsReed. I am a business consultant who helps business owners put the pieces together. I help you first secure a solid business foundation through seven core areas, then we focus on leverage including ai and automations and finally we get you to the CEO level of your business so you are not actively in your business everyday!

I have over 15 years experience in consulting and business coaching. My coaching career started in real estate where I became a productivity coach for one of the largest real estate brokerages in the world Keller Williams. In sales coaching I realized, there was a bigger hole-knowing how to run a business and that is where my focus shifted.
